Went into a food store at St Pancras station this morning. Doors were open. The lights were on. There was someone who looked like a customer sitting at a table.
“We’re not open” was the statement I got from one of two people behind the counter. They missed out on a sale. But much more important, I won’t go back again.
Would it have really hurt them to take my money for a cup of coffee? Or put a closed sign up on the door?
